My college age daughter told me about this product and I'm hooked!! I tell all my kids to use it at the first tingle of a sore throat and I take two packs when i'm feeling a bit like I'm getting sick. It has been great for us!

I walk 5 miles a day for my job and I tend to sweat a lot in the summer when it's super hot. This product ensures that my electrolytes stay at a good level and prevent me from getting bad cramps.

I love this product. I swear it was the reason I had no major colds this past winter. I have tried a few generics that cost a few dollars less but they really do not compare.

LOVE IT! gets me through school and work when I'm not feeling well.... tastes great. i admit to drinking it even when i feel fine...

i really love this product. i use it when i feel a slight cold coming on or when i travel. i fly a lot, and 15 hour flights are a good way to get sick. :-/ i love the flavors, there are so many. it is easy to find and tastes great. you can mix it with gingerale if you are not too fond of the taste. :)

We tried this but thought it tasted a lot worse than Airborne. None of these products actually taste "good", but this one left an awful metallic taste in your mouth even before you finished it. We ended up throwing the rest of the box away. We will stick with vitamins or Airborne.

I use this religiously during cold and flu season. Maybe it is the placebo effect, but my colds don't seem to last as long as everyone else's. Mine pass in a day or two instead of a week. The flavors may not be the best, but I mix mine with juice or an orange diet soda to mask the taste. I also take the zinc lozenges. DO NOT Zicam. Zicam has been proven to kill your sense of smell if you use the nose spray or nose swabs.

I always get sick and an illness can result into a doctor visit due to my asthma problems (I use a nebulizer 2 to 3 times a day). I would never think a product like this would live up to it's claims, but it has changed how I get sick by not having to get antibiotics for 2 years from using Emergen C products. When I feel like my body is not feeling well, I just take an envelope and add water (I add more than what they say because it helps drink it easier). It's great on yard days and helps me fight back by giving me a boost. I do not take it everyday but more on a as needed basis.

This helps my resistance to colds.

I first tried Emergen-C three years ago when I was in college. I was feeling a little low on energy during finals and saw this product while standing in a check out line. It claimed to boost health and energy with a lot of vitamin C. It was only .50c a packet ($9 for a box at Walmart, a box equals 30 paackets) so I gave it a try. I poured the powder in to my water bottle, gave it and shake and drank it. I found it refreshing and it did not taste bad. About ten to fifteen minutes after drinking Emergen-C, I felt a boost in energy and alertness. The best part is that I was not all jittery and there was no crash afterward. Furthermore, I started taking emergen-C during cold and flu season and noticed that I would not get as sick as I did in past years. I have tried Emergen-C in a couple different flavors; orange, strawberry and lemon lime. I enjoyed the fizzy taste of each flavor (mixed in cold water). Besides the three flavors I have mentioned there are also a number of other flavors such as; acai, cherry, raspberry and apracot-mango to name a few. Moreover, Emergen-C has flavors geared towards heart, bone and joint support.
