I love this cereal. I don't do the special K diet plan, but I the cereal is great and seems to be pretty good for you!

I love this cereal. I have tried all 4 of the Special K varieties. I can't say a bad thing about any of them, but Red Berries and Blueberries are my favorite

I am not a cereal eater by any means but when I was pregnant I decided to try this because I felt it would be a healthier breakfast. Surprise not only did I like it I actually crave this (not just when I am pregnant lol) I thought it was just me but after talking to a couple of my sisters and girlfriends they had the same reaction. The strawberries are real fruit just freeze dried and are plentiful. The cereal stays crispy and is low calorie especially with 1 % or skim milk and it tastes delicious.
