Horriable, I have 2 golden retreivers and it did not work at all and the dogs hate the noise, they would run every time I got it out, and it did nothing for their nails, It took forever to notice anything happening!

TERRIBLE!!! We bought it and it never worked for our dog. You get this really big motorized gadget that has what looks like a little sander attachment. I tried it on my dog and as soon as you apply any pressure to the rotating sander the sander stops. It did not file her nails at all and if you did get it to spin while trying to file them the smell was terrible. DO NOT BUY!!!

HORRIBLE, doesn't work at all! i would say it does a better job splitting the nails then trimming it!

It took a long time to file down one nail. Also you had to hold the dogs nail in a certain angle because the file would stop. It also would take a long time to charge. After a couple of uses the metal part that you replace the file on just sunk in and every time I would turn the machine on and start it would sink back down.

too much noise, the animals get scared!

Scared the life out of my dogs. takes a long time just to do 1 paw. Not worth the money or scaring my babies. back to their groomer they go for their nail clippings. Worth the 5$ each.

I have two dogs and this product didn't really impress me I still have to use nail clippers I basicly use it to soften the edges and it takes forever and my dogs hate it!

I was given this as a gift. My mother has one for her dog, and it's awesome for him. I have two cats. My senior could care less, because he knows me well enough to know I would never hurt him. My junior is so freaked out by it that if I even pull it out of the drawer, he takes off running. And yes, it basically is a dremel.

My 2 chihuahua's and 1 lhasa apso all hated it. I let them smell it while it wasnt running and turned it on while they were in my lap just to get them used to the sound but it was still a No-Go! Also, if you have it upside down-which is hard to tell which way is which- it will pull their nail in instead of filing it.

this product was awful. it takes way to long, my dogs are scared of it, and when you are operating it there is an awful smell, if i could i would give it no stars

I have 2 dogs and both can't stand this thing..the vibration it makes is very uncomfortable for them..same as using a sander on them....

I bought this for my dog simply because I didn't really know how to clip his nails. I think it was a great idea, but I don't really think it is worth the money. I would say it is worth it if you use it often (don't try to use it on long nails, it will take FOREVER),

In a nutshell, this product is a joke! Save your money. The noise it makes scares the animals too much to see if it really works. Take out the C batteries it requires and throw this junk out.

My dog hates it! Doesn't come near me when I have it out.

i hate this product. it is quieter but still scares the dog away and is ok if you feel like sitting around for an hour or more to file your dogs nails. much easier to just use clippers. i definitely don't recommend this product.
