I really like how I can curl or straighten my hair with this product and it come out good every time.

I have a lot of fine and curly hair. This is the only straightener that will make my hair sleek and straight. I also pair it with CHI hair products. Could not live without my CHI!!!!

I have tried every flat iron made, and from now on I will only use Chi. It does not damage my hair and it is very effective on my thick curly locks.

Best flat iron out there! I tried purchasing less expensive ones that never delivered. This heats fast and works great. I can go all day in Florida humidity and my hair stays frizz free

Chi products in general are great. Kind of pricey.

I've had my Chi now for about 5 years... yes the same one! I use it almost everyday and it's still just as good as when I bought it brand new. I highly recommend this product!

I used so many flat irons and got to where I hated even straightening my hair until my daughter bought herself a chi flat iron and I used it and it went through my hair like butter. I loved loved it and went right out and bought myself one. I highly recommend this product.

Excellent quality straightener. I only gave a four star because I recently found a straightener that is nearly the same by "GVP (generic value product)" for much cheaper and it even says compare to Chi.. Anyways very good straightener and I had one that lasted for years until I mangled the cord.

Favorite flat iron! It works so good at getting the hair straight.

makes h air beautiful - when it works, I have had so many stop heating to maximum heat and eventually just stop working or work only sporadically.
