The 1st thing I noticed when I opened the package was the fragrance and that was a bit concerning for me. Luckily the fragrance didn't linger and the product itself worked well. I was also a little surprised by the size of the liner when I 1st saw them and thought that these were not going to be for me. I was surprised because the liner adhered to my panties and I didn't notice it while wearing. If one is having some form of leakage, I would recommend this liner since it's designed for that, while still being unnoticed while wearing. I received a sample from SheSpeaks.

I really liked this product. It had a nice clean scent when opening the package that was not overwhelming. I like the fact that it did not have adhesive strip(s) to throw away when preparing to adhere it to undergarments. The only downfall is that it was not long enough to suit my needs. It was actually thin enough to remain unnoticed when wearing.

Initially I was concerned that this product may be bulky and not be as discreet since it was a pad. So I was pleasantly surprised that it was thin and very comfortable to wear. I felt really comfortable wearing it and it really helped me feel more secure knowing that when I sneeze and leak that the pad would absorb any moisture that leaked. Before wearing the Always Discreet, when having a cold I would wear a panty liner or pad because every sneeze results in a leak. But with this product I felt so much more confident in my own skin and not worried that the panty liner would be enough or that I would have a leak that would result in an embarrassing episode for me. Always has always been a respected brand for me in regards to feminine hygiene. Unfortunately as so many of us know with having children and age comes a new need for Always. I found the protection given to me by the liners to be enough for stress incontinence associated with sneezing, coughing or laughing etc. The only reason I dropped 1 star was for the slight fragrance. Although I understand why some like this it seems to irritate my skin.

I usually don't wear long liners because I really have used the small ones in case I have an accident since when I sneeze or cough or laugh to hard I get those dribbles. I did however find that these liners were rather long and didn't really know if I would like them until I used them. I found these to be a little bigger than I thought they would be. They're the size of an ultra-thin maxi pad rather than a thicker panty liner like I was expecting. That being said, they are comfortable and absorbent and still thin enough to barely notice it's there. I can't rate them for heavier bladder leakage as I don't experience that but for your basic protection they are more than enough. As with other Always products the Always Discreet Ultra Thin Liners work well. They offer great protection for those unexpected leaks from sneezing, exercising or slipping on the ice...as happened to me this week. They have a pleasant but somewhat strong scent so if you are bothered by perfumes or scented products then you may want to try one of their other products. Overall I was very pleased. Not sure if i would mind using a product for bladder control, but it want bad. Small and comfortable that I didn't really mind it, would definitely but this in the future and continue to use it.I am glad they are thin because I have always hatted using bulky items in the past, they need to be comfortable for me to continue using.
