I have used both products and I find my hair more manageable, I dont normally use conditioner as it tends to leave my hair oily. These have not made my hair oily. Bottle is a little weak was drope and cracked joint on lid. Otherwise great product that I would consider buying in the future

I'm not sure if it's the shampoo or the conditioner as I began using both at the same time but I've never had a shampoo/conditioner combo that had people actually complementing me on my hair until I used this. I'm amazed really. I had been using an expensive brand until I received the Pantene. Within 4 days I started getting complements that my hair was looking shinier and more healthy. Whatever Pantene is doing with this they can keep it up I'm hooked!

I love the scent of this shampoo, my only problem with Panteen products is that they usually leave my hair staticy, and seeing how this was a moisture product i had high hope! But no, the static was still there.

I have been using the Pantene Shampoo a couple of times per week. I think that it does not moisturize my hair enough since it feels very dry once my hair is no longer wet. I need a shampoo that will strengthen my hair along with moisturizing it. I am wearing my hair natural without any chemicals in it. My hair is short as well. It does not take me long to wash my hair. I like the fact that the bottle is plant based and 100% recyclable. It will make it easier when disposing of the bottle. I would not be able to use this on a regular basis since it does not provide what my hair needs.

I really wish I liked this, but unfortunately, I found that my hair was more tangled than normal and gunk got stuck in my hair more than my normal shampoo. I do believe this is the best Pantene shampoo I have used before, but it still did not clean my hair very well. I think that overall, the smell was alright. I do not think that it was moisturizing either.

The scent of this Pantene shampoo is wonderful. I love it! So fresh smelling. It lathers great and definitely leaves my hair feeling clean. Works great! Love that Pantene is working towards being more environmentally conscious.

I've been happy with the product I received so far. I've been using it steadily and don't have a complaint really. On the other hand, it's deceptive packaging because it's not really a natural product and the labeling makes you think it is. Yes, it clearly says the packaging is green but I have to remind myself that's about it. If it were truly a natural product I would be happier. That said I didn't notice anything great about it either. So, not bad not great. Love that the scent wasn't strong, so that's a plus.

I actually loved the packaging, which I was pretty sure about from the beginning. What really surprized me, is how much the formula for the pantene shampoo has changed. I used it years ago and stopped because it left my hair oily feeling and looking within a couple of hours of washing it. Not the problem anymore. I actually love it now, and think Pantene has won a previous customer back. Btw, my husband loved using it on his goatee! He said it made it really soft ;)

What I Like: My hair feels light and clean. I can shake it around and feel it moving freely. It didn't dull my natural color/shine, either--my natural blonde highlights are more obvious while using this product. I love the scent! (clean, floral, light). The conditioner provides light-conditioning, leaves your hair feeling light. What I don't like: It doesn't help with adding volume, even though it's lighter. I can fix that, though ;) lol. I'd definitely rec&purchase Pantene Fusion Moisture Balance shampoo & conditioner. I love the Greener efforts by the company with this product. I'd love to see an ALL NATURAL Pantene shampoo/conditioner one day :D

Great Stuff .. the smell is amazing and leaves my hair smelling so great. Its def left the texture manageable too. Now the bottle. That is a whole other story! Recycled bottle! How can it get any better? Thanks for chance to try

I have very thick hair that can be difficult to manage. I loved this shampoo. My hair looked shiny and healthy and was so easy to style. Loved it!!!

Pantene Moisturizer Balance Shampoo, what a mouthful! But it is worth saying. I loved that this shampoo was gentle on my hair but left it squeaky clean. I have sensitive skin and it did not bother my scalp nor my adjoining skin. Great feel, great smell and an easy to manipulate bottle. I loved the fact that these products came in bottles made from recycled material. I used the product for 2 weeks before I offered my opinion. I can honestly say, this is a winner!

i have to say that this shampoo so far so good my hair is nice and soft and paired up with the conditioner my hair does not tangle as much as with other shampoos.

This product works great and feels great. I have thick curly hair and it really makes it feel clean and strong. I use it regularly and it is a product I will continue to use. I love it.

I absolutely love the smell of this product. I usually use Pantene for thick hair, which doesn't smell nearly as nice. It made my hair squeaky clean and when used with the conditioner, made my hair very soft.
