i love this movie

i love this movie

I hate to say it, but I love Twilight. I was deployed when the books and the first movie came out and the craze hit. I told myself I wouldn't jump on the bandwagon but during my R&R from deployment my sister made me watch the first movie since it had just come out on DVD. I thought it was awesome and bought the books so I can read them during the remainder of my deployment. I flew through the books and couldn't wait for the movies to come out. The acting isn't the greatest, but it fits and you get used to it. It will be sad when the last part comes out. Nothing more to look forward to! I keep looking for something similar to Twilight since it was so enjoyable! I loved all of the movies!

The twilight series is one of my favorite series of books and movies and often when books are converted to movies things do get thrown by the wayside and this movie is no different. There were things that I would have liked to have seen in the movie however the overall storytelling is amazing and beautiful. The sets, scenery, characters, locations, costumes, and everything about the movie pull you in and wrap you up in the beautiful love story that begins here between bella and edward. I could watch it over and over again.

But even so, because I love the *story* so much I got over my initial disappointment and have grown to enjoy the movie in its own right. If you're a fan of the book first, this movie might be slightly disappointing but give it a chance.

A little silly to us adults; however, I work in a high school library and many teens love this. I just think it's a little ridiculous but... I've seen all of the movies. This one, the first, was the worst at follwing the book story line. I wouldn't recommend it to a serious movie buff but maybe a mature teen.. ??

I have been a huge fan of the Twilight movies. Very surprised I haven't started reading the books, especially since I love to read! But it honestly is a unique, well put together love story. Majority of males will not admit it, but it is liked by them too!

By far the best movie in the franchise. It mimicked the book the closest. The book was much better, but the movie was at least mediocre. The rest of the movies were horrible.

I am a big fan of the twilight saga. The latest movie breaking dawn I wasn't to crazy about. I didn't care for the delivery of the baby at all. I did like the effects though how they made Bella look so awful.

One of the best vampire movie's yet. I am a big fan of these movies, I love them all. The last one was the best though!! Such a love story, I feel like I am there with them when I watch these movies. I cannot wait until the next one comes out!!!

I think this movie was the beginning of a saga the characters could have never imagined. The popularity has grown exponentially since this movie was released in theater. Twihard fans have something to be proud of. :)
