Its the Chi!! You don't get any better when it comes to flat irons!! This is the first flat iron I have ever bought 7 years ago, since then I have only bought 2. They last a long time and do a great job. The first one I bought would of lasted a lot longer if I hadn't plugged it into the wrong voltage in Thailand. Trust me, chi has allowed me to have straight hair, without everyday is a bad hair day.

I purchase a Chi before we went to Europe and I loved it. I didn't have to spend hours straighting my hair and my hair never got frizzy. But the last hotel we were at something must of happened to my electric adaptor and it killed my Chi. So now I have to buy another one because I know no other iron will do except a Chi.

If you have never used or owned the CHI, no matter how good you think your flat iron is...the CHI is 10 times better. Yeah, its a little pricy to purchase (around $100), however, they come with a warranty. Most professional salons will only use this brand. It leaves your hair smooth and completely straight and its not hard on your hair like some of the other brands out there. I have very long hair and before I purchased my CHI my hair would sometimes break from my old iron. I will never use anything else.

I am a Hairstylist and use this Flat Iron everyday. I love it and recommend it to my co-workers and friends. It heats up fast, maintains the heat and is easy to clean.

I absolutely love my CHI!!! I can do so much with it! I can straighten and curl with it and I honestly think it is one of the best products on the market!

I have really curly hair so the cheaper straightners would not straighten my hair very well. I tried multiple different brands. I came across the chi when I went to get my hair cut somewhere. It worked really good and didn't leave all the waves or frizzies in it like the others. I have had this straightner for about 5 years and the cord quit working. I got my money out of this one. It's one of the best products around.

I have had my CHI for 2 years and love it. It beat the Revlon I use to own. Before I had the Chi, it (the Revlon) would leave my hair frizzy and it would take me an hour just to get it straight. When I bought mine(Chi) I had a coupon for 20% off which i was able to use on the Chi. It now only take minutes to straighten my hair and NO Frizz.

I bought my CHI a few years ago. I have coarse, curly hair with more than a healthy dose of frizz. I have tried ALL kinds of flat irons, with very mediocre results. Usually they'd straighten my hair ok, but a few hours later it would begin to kink up again - nevermind being out in the rain, you can forget it! The CHI is pricey, but well worth the money. It straightens my hair quickly and doesn't seem to damage it. It stays straight and shiny all day. Can't promise the rain won't thwart all efforts for frizz-free hair, but the CHI is miles above all the other flat irons I've tried and/or owned. Worth the investment. I see some of you have had difficulty with it breaking, but mine is still fine after about 5 years.

I only buy CHI flat irons....they work wonders on my thick, coarse hair!

I just recently bought one of these, and it is the best investment I have ever made! It straightens my hair, and any other person's hair that has ever used it. It's simple and fast. LOVE IT!

As a "bi-racial" woman, my hair has a wavy to curly texture. I blow dry and flat iron my hair piece by piece, and get complaments all day. often people asking if I relaxed my hair, when in fact i just used my beautiful CHI. I looooooove CHI. The style last for at least a few days, I tell everyone that its not cheap but its very worth it.

I do not personally own a chi but did have the oppertunity to try a friends.. My super curly hair was smooth and sleek and never frizzed. The chi is AMAZING.

I purchased one myself at a deep discount sale. It is the ONLY hair straightener I've ever liked using on my hair. Requires very few passes, glides without pulling, and leaves my hair super straight and flat. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
