I would say its a good product but i dont think its for me, it was uncomfortable, but i may be use to using liners

This is not a product for me. I started with the Size 1 and it seemed to be the correct size for me, although I did try a Size 2 just to compare. The product did work, but was not very comfortable when removing. I am most apt to leak when laughing, sneezing, or coughing hard. These things do not happen all day long every day. However, I do need to urinate quite frequently. Because the product filled and needed to be removed each time I used the bathroom, I would have to change them many times a day and that would get pretty costly. While the Poise Impressa could be a great product fro some, I think I will be continuing with the Always Ultra Thin long pad. Unlike the Impressa, I only have to change the pad when a leak has occurred. Thanks for the opportunity to try them.

I really debated as to how many stars to give this. While it did work well for me at preventing my usual leaks (caused by laughing, sneezing etc), I did have a leakage issue I did not expect. I had had the support in for about an hour, and used the restroom. I did not change the support, as it had been in such a short time. Shortly after though I sat down and suddenly felt dampness. I realized it was the Impressa itself leaking urine out. The directions had not specified to remove it or change it after urinating, so I wasn't expecting this at all. I immediately went to the restroom and removed the now urine soaked support. While I appreciate that the idea of adding support to the bladder seemed to work for me, I can see this getting very pricey if I have to replace the support every time I urinate or risk it leaking. I can't say that I can wholeheartedly recommend this, but I wouldn't discourage someone from giving it a try themself. I found the size 2 worked for me, and was comfortable to use.

I found that size 1 worked for me but like others, the removal was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise they work great and seem to be a wonderful product. Thanks She Speaks for the sample to try!!!

I received a free Poise Impressa Sizing Kit that included a total of 6 bladder supports to try. The kit came with 3 different sizes including, sizes 1, 2, and 3. The intention of the different sizes is to find the fit that is comfortable to you, as well as the size to prevent any leaks. Poise Impressa works just like a tampon, it is contained in an applicator that you insert the same way you do a tampon. The appearance of the actual support is somewhat different. Made of similar material as a tampon, the shape is that of a square, that is tied off in the middle. The top portion would offer your bladder support while the bottom half would soak up any leaks you may experience. Since I am a regular user of tampons, I thought this would be a breeze to use. I was taken back by the size of the applicator when I opened it. It is at least three times the size of a super tampon. However, intrigued by the product and the benefits, I proceeded to insert it. Insertion was simple, but I noticed almost immediately how uncomfortable it felt. I could feel it pressing on my bladder. I figured that would go away after getting used to it, however for me it did not. I never made it past trying size 1. This size was already uncomfortable, why would I want to use a bigger size? I still appreciate the idea behind this product. Especially considering some situations you may be in, where panty liners are not an option. For me though I will have to pass on using these. I would still recommend that everyone at least give them a try. Some are more sensitive than others and it may not be uncomfortable for someone else.

Quite taken back by the size of the applicator, I was still able to use it without much of a problem. Size 1 worked fine for me after I got used to the new feeling of it and made sure that it was supposed to feel like that. I was able to perform normal functions and found that it worked good at preventing leaks when normally I would have had some leaks (such as when I was having a good laugh with my friend). I found it slightly uncomfortable to remove, but maybe with practice, this will all get better as I find out what positions and movements that work best for me.

I was pretty excited being able to try a new product that could possible help stop my bladder leaks as well as everyone here did. My experience with them is questionable I tried size 1 and it did not work for me so I tried size 2 and it seemed to help but, with my experience with this product if I could change one thing about them would be to make the barrel of the product longer I say this because with me trying all the sizes I could not get it inserted high enough and I noticed walking around I could feel it and its discomfort it felt like pinching or a rubbing feeling that made it noticeable enough to bother me so I ended up removing it. With size 1 it slid out slowly with my activity because I could not get it up high enough to secure it. Size 2 the same results. Size 3 the same results it was just to uncomfortable to wear because of feeling it rub me on the outside with this size with size 3 it was difficult to be able to get it high enough to get it in place cause of the barrel being to short and when i went to pull it out it felt like I was ripping it out I had to pull really hard to remove it maybe it was because i was sitting I do not know. I do want to thank Poise the makers of Impressa and She Speaks for giving me the opportunity to try this product and do believe that if the barrel was longer on all three sizes I think it would of worked for me so this is why I gave it a 3 star rating and I hope Poise takes my review and makes the barrel longer so I am able to have the benefits to using this product in the future.

I used the size 1, and at first it was a little uncomfortable, but after a while I forgot that I had it. I would recommend this product for people with light leakage, but not heavy leaks.

I have to say that this felt uncomfortable at first and did take some getting used to. Once I was used to Poise Impressa, it didn't feel so uncomfortable and it did prevent leaks. I would recommend women trying this product and deciding for themselves if it is the product for them.

Works ok. Not great but I would use again if i had no other choice.

This is for women who have minor urinary leakage. Could be caused by anything from laughing to coughing or dance or exercise. I'm not saying much about my condition except I laugh a lot. First thing is determine your size which is dependent on comfort and urinary incontinence level. Check. Level two seemed about right. This device is not absorbent. It is inserted into the vagina like a tampon. It blocks the urethra making light urination theoretically impossible and eliminates the basic problem if it works the way it should. There are quite a few issues that may eliminate a woman from using this product which are listed on the box such as bladder and vaginal infections and other types of urinary incontinence conditions as well as recent vaginal surgery. Also this product should also be used no more than 8 hours in any 24 hour period. I thought this was comfortable and it did appear to solve the problem when I was wearing it.

I tried the size 1, while it worked well enough, it was slightly uncomfortable.

I thought it was just okay. It felt uncomfortable to wear. I'm not sold on the fact that it works as good as it says. I'm going to use it s little more before I give up.

It was uncomfortable to remove and sometime, uncomfortable during wear if it slipped down any. It helped a little but the comfort factor ruins it for me. Appreciate the opportunity to try this product. Although it doesnt work for me, I would recommend because there is definitely a place for it.

I didn't feel this was particularly comfortable to wear, but I can see how it would help some people with leakage problems. I will try the full size box and see if it's any better.
