This is great for making soups and sauces!! It makes it all so easy. I normally never cook (my husband does) but with this I can surprise him and have dinner ready when he gets home or is not feeling well.

I love my immersion blender! I have had it for a few years and it is still going strong. I use it for everything from cream soups to smoothies. I also used it for baby food when my kids were babies. This is one tool that I think everyone needs in there kitchen, and I tell people all the time :) I bought one for my mom for Christmas last year and she loves hers too :)

I absolutely love this product. I use it whenever I am cooking something on the stove and don't want to deal with the mess and hassle of transferring hot liquids from pot to blender and back again. Makes soup making easier than ever. Very easy to clean too! The only down side is that you have to be a little careful that you don't bring the blender up out of the liquid or it can splash it around the kitchen, much like a mixer.

I love this handblender. I use it for mixing, blending and chopping. it is so handy that I don't have to take out blender or other stuff. clean up is a breeze. Love it.

Bought this product a Sam's club two years ago and cannot stop raving or recommending it. I use it on an everyday basis from making smoothies to making salsas. Even used it for mashing potatoes!! Great buy for the price!! Has replaced my blender. Even to use and clean. My kids even use it.

This is a major help when mixing together ingredients in soups and asuces. We used to have pots and pans all over the kitchen, but now we are able to mix right in the initial pot or bowl. There is little to no mess on the stove or countertop and the ingredients are mixed perfectly. The unit is easy to use and not too bad to clean. We like the fact that it is portable and you can even add certain attachments to the Cuisinart Smartstick to ease with many tasks in the cooking process. You have to give this portable appliance try.

This time of year one of my favorite kitchen tools is my immersion blender. That's because soups become a favorite menu item. This immersion blender makes it possible to blend soups (can you say butternut sqaush and pear soup, or mushroom soup?) to a creamy consistency without any fuss or muss. I love the consistency of the soups and don't feel the need to add cream. My hips are happy about that!

I love this tool! My husband got me this as a Xmas present and it's one thing I truly use over and over again. I use it for scrambling large batches of eggs, blending tapenade, mixing/chopping dips and of course for pureeing soups. Much rather use this then pulling out the blender or food processor.

Stick blenders are the greatest kitchen invention to come along since the toaster! I have given away every hand mixer that ever cluttered my drawers. I use my stick to make hummus, cream butter and sugar, de-lump gravy, mix jello, anything else others have already mentioned. With arthritis setting in I had to cut back my cooking until my stick blender arrived. Quick and easy to use and clean when done. Every kitchen should have one. The nice part of this Cusinart model is the attachments included and the ergonomic handle.

I received my stick blender as a gift, and I absolutely love it! It is so easy to use for so many things. I used to blend soups in the food processor, but I now can just blend them in the bowl/pot. There are so many less dishes to do! Great product for any kitchen, and very versatile.

absolutly love my stick blender. it's great for pureeing soups. love my butternut squash soup! makes is so much easier and cleaner than having to ladle soup into a blender and puree.
