It is convient but you need much more than the recomended amout of drops to add a decent amount of flavor. Didn't feel it was worth the money, the shelf life after open wasn't that long either. I'll stick with the single serve powder packets.

My daughter swears by mio. It's so easy to pack in her school lunches. By using this, she seems to drink more water (which is much better than soda). Love the idea, so convenient.

This is a delicious way to put more water into my life. I really don't even realize that I have had my 8 glasses of water during a day. At around $2.50 a bottle I get LOTS of product from a bottle
