Great flavor, went great in pasta! Wish I could find more varieties. Had a hard time finding just one package.

I used the mild sausage in a stuffed jumbo pasta recipe. It was mixed with spinach, onion and two different cheeses. The sausage blended well, and didn't overpower the other ingredients. I will definitely use this again.

I made Italian subs with the mild Italian sausage.....sauteed some peppers & onions with the sausage. So yummy the grandboy even liked it.

I loved this sausage! I made queso dip for some friends and this was a great compliment! I will add the mild sausage every time I make it now. It was a big hit!

We made them on the grill, they were great, just enough Italian taste!

I REALLY liked the suasage. But then, I am a sucker for pork. (roast, sausage, steaks, Idk, i just love it!) I do want to make note that I also got another kind at my walmart (they let me sue the coupon and I didnt think it mattered what variety) so I also got the Mexican sausage chorizo, anyway - while my kids didnt much care for the mexican sausage, it paired great with cheese dip all cubed and stuff, with tostito scoops and beans and salsa!

i like this because its not that hot and my children seems to not mind at all....

This is pretty good and we like it. However, it seems less tasty when compared to the "hot" one.

I was really impressed! The mild had a good flavor, yet wasn't overpowering, as I thought it might be. Will definitely keep cooking with this! :)

I tried this sausage and I cooked it up in some spaghetti sauce and spaghetti and it was really good! Mykids even ate it, and that is a miracle. I loved how mild the sausage was, it didn't over power the taste of the sauce, but added just enough flavor to make regular old spaghetti and sauce into a whole new meal! Really good

good for those who want a little spice but not much

I liked the texture of the mild sausage as well as the flavor. I would have loved to try more varieties but my local store never seems to have them. :-( The mild is a very tasty basic Italian sausage. Seasoning is spot on.

My husband loves the hot sausage and my daughter loves the sweet--so this was the perfect compromise. I made Sausage,Peppers, and Onions on Rolls--so good! A great easy weeknight meal that gets a variety of food groups into our diets.
