Loved them. The length is perfect. The thin pads are very absorbent. After driving to another state and forgetting a backup pad, I had to stay in one pad all day. Other than the length they are very comfortable, they breathe nicely so no lingering feeling of wet plastic and the covering is nicely cloth like. Upon opening the package, I noticed that they were individually wrapped which I liked. They had a light sent that keeps you smelling fresh all day. They are much longer and thicker than I expected. Looking at it I didn't think it would be comfortable to wear. At first it felt alittle different because of the length, but after getting dressed and going about my day I forgot that I was wearing it. I defenetly think this is a good product, it absorbed well and great for overnight. Just right for milder bladder problems with no irratitation!

I am a huge fan of the Always brand and used their overnight pads for bladder leakage before giving these a try. These to me were not as comfortable as what I had used before. I found them to actually be too long for me. They did however keep me dry and help with my bladder leakage. Overall though, I would just prefer the regular pads. I think they would be great for women who need more protection than I did from minimal leakage.

I think this is a great way to try them and be able to honestly review them. Upon opening the package, I noticed that the pads were very thin and have a faint smell to them that is very pleasant and fresh. Another nice surprise! The coverage they provide is good in length, except on the sides which are sort of scrunched up with the ruffled edging for the width. They are a bit stiff and uncomfortable when you first put them on. They do stick firmly and do not move around much. They stay in place until you remove them. The absorbancy is very good. They are discreet and Always is a good quality brand. Overall I would recommend them but only 4 stars because they are a bit stiff and not as soft as I expected them to be.
