I was skeptical about taking a bath in oatmeal. It comes in little packets, like instant oatmeal. It is a powder though. It smells like oatmeal. It dissolves in the water, and leaves your skin feeling so healthy and soft. I have psorasis, and heard oatmeal helps. It certainly smooths the dry patches. I use this about every 3rd day now and love it. It leaves your skin soft. I soak in it for about 30 minutes.
