I honestly didn't think I would like this movie at the beginning, but turned out to be great. The whole idea of "Hunger Games" is a little far-fetched, but the movie was put together well. I have watched all of them and am waiting for the final one to come out to theaters.

In all honesty, it took me awhile to get on the hunger games train, the title didn't draw me in. However, once I watched it, that was all I could talk about!! Absolutely love this movie, I would recommend it to anyone willing to listen to me.

I read the books long before the movie came out. I didn't think they could do any better! It was great! Although nothing compares to reading and getting right inside the lead character's thoughts, it was well done!

I really love these movies.Even though a lot of people see it as just a movie where children go around killing each other,it has a really good story line i think.

I really liked how this was a not your ordinary run of the mill movie that was full of suspense and encouragement but also hardship and loss. Katniss shows courage and love after taking her sisters spot in the games which is how families should be. Katniss and Peeta take us on an adventure of survival and staying true to oneself and beating the odds in a country ran by the Capitol that runs these games for pleasure and to torture sections of the country to ensure that the people will not rebel against them. I would have liked to see more true emotion out of Jennifer Lawrence(Who played Katniss), it seemed too controlled. I understand that is her character but, it seemed even forced to be numb or angry.

I read the book before seeing the movie.. Although I was a bit disappointed, the movie was still great considering they could not fit everything that was on the book into one movie. Although I have to say that there were scenes that I pictured differently in my mind (while reading the book) compared to the actual scene in the movie.. But overall, great movie

Its really different. Most movies are remakes of old movies. This is was something new and interesting. I really enjoyed it!!

This is the movie that put Jennifer Lawrence on the map. She is a wonderful actress.

Um yeah, this movie is phenomenal! Great story line, kept me engaged and entertained throughout the entire movie. Love that!

As a book lover I had fangirled when I found out this was becoming a movie. I really liked it, though I prefer the books.

Love this movie. it's different than any other movie out there right now in terms of concept. I think that Jennifer Lawrence has done a great job as lead character. And glad to see Woody back on the big screen. Love this movie as the cast is diverse. Also love the love triangle. Can't wait to see the final installment.
