I love the taste of this oil. I made salmon for lunch, lightly coating the salmon with the oil and a few spices, baked 12 minutes at 350 degrees and it tasted wonderful. It has a very light taste and not bitter like a lot of olive oil. I am now a huge Colavita fan!

I love to cook with EVOO & this Colavita is great quality, flavor reminds me of the ones my friend brings here from Italy. I don't remember seeing this in the stores but I will make sure to look now.

I use olive oil on almost a daily basis in my house. I think it is such a healthier option than traditional oils and/or butters. I was pleasantly surprised to find a bottle in my cravebox. I cant wait to try it out. I just wish coupons were included inside the boxes so that I could go to the store and purchase more. I am also curious to compare its price to my normal brand in the store.

I used this oil last night when I made my pita pizza's, my family said they were the best pizza's ever. No leftovers this time. Guess we won't be ordering out for pizza anymore. SO stoked to get this in my Cravebox. I am constantly cooking with Olive Oil and just happened to be going over to my boyfriend's to teach him to cook when this arrived so I grabbed the little bottle and took it with me to test it out. I don't know that I could taste much difference in this olive oil versus the brand I already use but I spend a bit more for the higher quality stuff to begin with. We used it to cook some Tilapia as well as Asparagus and it tasted great! Excellent product!

To me, an olive oil is an olive oil. I am not impressed by this bottle that I could easily grab at the grocery store.

Was glad to receive this as I was running out of olive oil! I have a dark Greek olive oil (made by my YiaYia) that I use for Greek cooking but I always need a lighter EVOO for everyday use. This fits the bill perfectly! Tons of flavor but not too much. No bitterness, not too heavy. Just perfect for sauteeing and drizzling over salad. Bravo! Bottle is half gone now and will be purchasing more!
