I used these scrambled in eggs for breakfast. Our oldest son thought they were too sweet but overall a great tatse!

Excellent flavor. It compliments food instead of overpowering other ingredients. It can be used as the main dish or as an ingredient in recipes. This is the flavor I grew up with so I am partial :)

Very good flavor, not overwhleming but just right. Perfect amount of spice and seasoning as well. Cooked and crumbled it up and sprinkled it on top of vodka rigatoni pasta. Delish!

This is very good and we used it in several recipes, including lasagna, and hogies. I will buy this product again.

My whole family loved the sweet version....it was nice with pasta and and also in a breakfast scramble. I loved the basil with it...it goes well with the sausage.

My family devoured the Sweet sausage. They liked it best as cooked in a pan on the stove. When it was mixed with pasta and sauce it made it spicier than they had liked.

very tasty! really enjoyed it

I really like this mixed into pasta sauces. Tried it both with a bolognese sauce and a pesto sauce. Yummmm!

This one isn't our favorite flavor, but it is still delicious and very good for recipes.

I added this sausage to a pasta bake and it added so much flavor to our entree. This is the first time I used sausage with the pasta and I cannot believe how much everyone liked it. I cut the sausage into pieces and pan fried it before adding it to the pasta with sauce and cheese.

I made a sausage, chicken, tomatoe and rice bake with this sausage. I put everything in together and cooked it at 350 for 90 minutes. Delicious!

Johnsonville Sweet Italian Sausage is our go to italian sausage. The flavor is great for everyone - adults and children alike. I like being able to make one meal for everyone. My kids wouldn't eat the hot sausage and I am a not a big fan of the 4 cheese. My husband would eat any of them. We generally cook them on the grill and serve on a soft roll with cooked onions and peppers. I did try out the receipe that came in the kit for the pasta and peppers with sauce. My husband and I really enjoyed it.

I used this in lasagne. We usually use ground turkey for a lower fat version. My family loved this in our lasagne. The taste was mild but still gave it just the right amount of "zip". It is higher in fat than turkey, but in small amounts (I used 2 sausages) it was worth the extra fat for the great taste!

I used this sausage as the recipe suggested only also with mostacholli as that was what was in my pantry. I also used some leftover sausage that was cooked with scrambled eggs and my family loved the spice and zest combination. I would buy and also tell anyone who wanted a great sausage product to buy this!!

We sliced one package of the sweet and one package of the hot to spice up our traditional Gumbo. Slicing goes with a little less effort if the sausages are slightly frozen. Pre-cooking was quick and the different flavors really enhanced the other ingredients such as shrimp, bacon roux, holy trinity, chicken broth, crushed tomatoes and okra. Once this is ladled over the rice, it doesn't last long! Thank you Johnsonville for offering your great selection at most grocers near me. I know I can always find your product so it has become a staple in our refrigerator. My only suggestion would be to try to stay a little more competitive on your pricing!
