I would give this a 4 but sometimes the regular is not big enough and the super is too much. I always wear a liner. However, the applicator is smooth and painless

I love the plastic, but the tampon itself doesn't work for my flow. The super is too large and the regular doesn't conform to my body properly. I always have to wear a liner with these.

This is a good product. I have used store brands and you can tell the difference in quality especially in the applicator. Tampax is one of the best products on the market. The higher price is worth it for this product.

These are my go-to tampons. I've tried several other brands, and always come back to these as the most comfortable and absorbent; plus I find the applicator so easy to use! The only problem is sometimes they're too absorbent and feel like they're rubbing, so I have to be careful to use lites and mediums when my flow is lower.
