Love Redbox....But be careful because there have been a few times where the movie wont play in my dvd player. We have called the company and what they usually do is credit it back to your account and are very helpful. They try to remove all "bad" dvds.

so easy to use. like how you can reserve online

I like the idea of redbox. Fast, easy, convenient. I do not like the selection movies. They do have top hits, but te majority are B rated films that tend to be cheesy. I've some discs not play but te customer service reps always take care of it. Plus you can sign upfr emails and get one free rental a month. I'd recommend, but I will always be loyal and partial to Netflix.

I do like Redbox mainly because of the price. However, Blockbuster express is much more generous with providing codes for free movies (or x amount off). I guess selecting between the two won't be an issue anymore, since I got an e-mail from Blockbuster express saying they have sold out to Redbox.

Redbox, once thought to be one of the most budget friendly inventions out there to make your life easy, and simple. But in reality, it's great and all but has its down sides. When Redbox first came out, I thought oh great, no late fee's, no video memberships, no weighing in line, $1 a day oh my! But then I realized they don't carry the copy of the Marilyn Monroe movie, I've been dyeing to see, and now most of the video place have closed, so now what do I do. Then my $1 a day rental has turned into $20 because I forgot and lost the disk arrrrrg. But in all it's a great invention, easy to find a location with one, you probably drive by at least two within a mile in the city. And I get coupon codes a lot, for a free night rental, now the challenge of remembering to return before 9 pm the following day, or it really isn't free. Over all has made life easier.

i have a free code for this just by signing up

Redbox is convenient because its right in the grocery store and the kids love to scroll through the movies !

Cheap, convenient, user friendly. Only downfall is the limited quantity of movies.

Redbox is simple and cheap to use. My 65 year old mother loves it.

Redbox is great. There are always so many coupons that you can recive or get online. Movies and games form 1.29 to 2.00. Way better than On-Demand.

I use this when I have a code to rent for free(which is more frequent than you think it is). I use it so I can watch new releases without having to wait for it to be available on Netflix (I have both instant play and rent 1 at a time). Great customer service.

I really like Red Box DVD rentals. It is quick and easy. Especially if you reserve your movie ahead of time so you don't hold people up while you search for a movie at the kiosk. I am not too impressed with the movie selection at times but, the convenience and price still earns it 4 stars in my book.

i love watching movies with my kids and family and red box is so convient and easy

love the convenience.

For the most part we still enjoy renting movies this way, but if Netflix had releases come out right away, we would go that route and would rather watch directly from our tv. It seems like Redbox gets a lot of oldies in too and lots and lots of B rated movies, some turn out good while others, Ahhhh, not so much.
