Since I run a lot and, therefore, need to hydrate myself on a regular basis, it sure helps to have water that actually tastes good and offers additional nutrients with minimal calories and artificial flavorings. The Vitamin Water specifically supports Breast Cancer Awareness as well, which promotes a worthy cause. The entire bottle carries 30 calories with 6g of sugar, 35% of Vitamin C, 80% of Vitamin B6, etc. The cap of the bottle which twists open is more convenient to use than the conventional cap, especially when trying to drink water while running on the treadmill. The only con would be that you actually have to open the cap and peel a layer of protection before you can drink the water. I often forget that at times and get momentarily confused when trying to drink the water and nothing comes out!
