These look comfy and maybe I would like to try them , but they are so expensive I cant bring myself to even try them....

I appreciate the mission behind Toms shoes however, it is hard to bring myself to overpay for them as they are not cute at all and lack the proper materials you would expect when paying for them.

I love the comfort and the different colors/patterns/types of cloth but I do not love the price. These shoes seem like they are barely put together and should not cost that much :( I have one pair I got for Christmas 2 years ago.

We bought Tom's for my 2 yr old son thinking it would be a great shoe to just slip on with no socks. They were constantly falling off. My son is super active maybe would be better for a child or adult that wasn't running around.

Horrible horrible customer service! I ordered a pair of shoes online and never received them. Tracking shoes it was delivered but it was not. When I contacted Tom's, they all but accused me of lying about the delivery. After 2 official investigations, Tom's offered me a credit. This took about 1 month. I ordered another pair of shoes, boots this time and received them. Loved them! But after wearing them once, the cardboard in the back of the shoe has bent down and is in annoying bulge in the shoe. It seems like the company is growing and customer service and quality is suffering greatly. I will never buy another pair of Tom's and encourage others not to as well.

Cute, but expensive. I will buys Target's instead.

I have no opinion one way or the other for this brand. I've owned one pair of their shoes and they were comfy and cute, but very low quality. I do like that they donate a pair to charity, but in reality, I'd rather donate a better quality product.

Super cute, super trendy but there is no arch support of any kind and like many others have said they are quite over priced, especially in Canada. Another downfall is your feet sweat in them terribly. I do like that they are easy to put on in a flash, but I would almost prefer flip flops for that!

I gave them a 2 only because I still like their product, but their customer service has completely disappeared! I ordered an email gift card on 12/23. They did not process the order until 12/29, and even then did not email the gift card. I called 2x and both times I was told they were having problems with their email delivery system, but could not offer a solution. I emailed them several times and the fasted response I got was just under a week! I finally charged back the transaction with the credit card company. It's very sad because I have always admired their mission, and am a fan of their shoes.

These shoes come in super cute patterns however are really expensive for what they are! Not to mention, the customer service went down hill recently. The shoes tend to run in awkard sizes as well from shoe to shoe.

Although the donation policy seems wonderful (and I'm sure came from very good intentions), it is actually very often detrimental to the very societies they are trying to help. It is putting local shoemakers/shopowners out of business because the demand has decreased so much, with all the freebies. TOMS could much more effectively achieve their goal of trying to help in places of need by partnering with the local people to meet the need WITHIN the community itself.

These shoes are very comfortable with wonderful prints, the downside after purchasing several pair is that the front of the shoe separates from the sole. I am a mother of thee girls and the brand Bobs, which are very similar to Toms, out last the Toms brand.

Not sure how people didn't know these were made in China. I have not liked the shoes simply because they are poorly structured and offer no fashionable value to me. I like the mission to give back and provide for other nations, which has nothing to do with where they are manufactured, so if people have been buying them for the mission, they need to reevaluate their spending habits than getting angry at TOMS.

Our budget was limited at the beginning of the school year so the price of the Toms Shoes was attractive. Unfortunately our 2 kids had to wear these to school for about 6 months. My 6 yr old daughter's shoes help up ok, but my 11 yr old son's shoes wore out so badly that the insole was completely gone and I had to give him the insoles from my sneakers so he could walk without limping. Thankfully we were able to replace these shoes with actual sneakers for the kids and threw our Toms Shoes in the trash at the shoe store. Not a good long-term investment.

Wanted to love them I am sorry to say that I do not find these shoes comfortable. I really wanted to like because, well, everyone seems to. They are too tight. I am told that they will stretch out but I couldn't wait it out.
