My husband received this coffee maker as a birthday gift in 2008. We enjoyed it for about two years - we loved the convenience of single-cup brewing, and it was really handy when we both commuted to work. After the first couple of years, though, we started experiencing problems with the device. The product was out of warranty due to its age, and no matter how clean we kept it, we were often not getting ANY liquid out of the device. We were either getting no coffee or two-cups worth of liquid. We found it would cost nearly 60% of the initial price of the device to repair it, so we wound up replacing it with a traditional coffee maker with a timer.

This is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. Everyone can choose the flavor or type they want, with no waste. It heats up quickly and makes a great cup of coffee. We also make tea and hot chocolate with this coffee maker. It's easy to clean and refill.

I was lucky enough to win one of these in a blog contest just before my son was born. It's been perfect for us bc my husband doesn't drink coffee and I can't function without coffee. I wish it were a little more compact and a little quieter when brewing and also that the K-cups weren't so expensive, but I know you can buy adapters to use regular ground coffee with the brewer. Definitely an item I'm glad we have in our kitchen.

I love my Keurig. I purchased it last Christmas and there has not been a day that it has gone unused. I love that my hubby can have a cup of regular coffee and I can stick with the decaf, especially on the cold evenings. We don't seem to waste nearly the amount of coffee that we used to. Also, mine did come with the kcup that I can fit with our normal coffee so when we run out of the pre-filled kcups, we can still use the coffee that we have on hand without running off to Bed Bath and Beyond for our normal stock up. The machine has also come in handy for heating water to put on my grandson's instant oatmeal in the morning! I have had numerous friends go and pick one up after having dinner at our house and seeing how convenient and fast it is to make a cup of coffee!

I have mixed feelings about my Keurig. I've had it for almost 2 years, and I've had my ups and downs with it! First of all, I love the convenience of just making once cup...and it's always hot! It's very easy to use, and you don't have to clean a pot after you make your coffee. Cons: don't really like the k-cup coffees. I'm a Starbucks girl, so I gladly grind my beans and use the reusable filters. There have been two times that my Keurig has malfunctioned and after a lot of headaches, descaling, calls to the company for support, and replacing the reusable filters...I got it working again. I had the same coffee maker before my keurig for about 6-7 years, and I never had a single issue with it. I think there are still some improvements to be made for such an expensive product. My mother has also had trouble with her Keurig. I think once this one finally dies, I'll probably go back to using a regular old coffee maker!

I love my Keurig!!! The k-cups are a little pricy, but you have such a huge selection!!! Not just for coffee, but you can have tea or hot chocolate!! Highly reccommeded!

We LOVE our Keurig!!! Depending on what flavor K-cups we have in the house at the time...will depend on how many cups I drink a day. Right now I LOVE the Chai Latte k-cups and have about 3 cups a day. I know...I need to watch out because too many cups makes me a bit jittery....but the Keurig makes a wonderful cup of coffee! My only concern is that our model is very LOUD. Whenever the water is being heated up it makes a very loud sound. I would be interested to find out if it was just my model. Otherwise...I love it!

my bought me this coffee maker foe xmas i just love it and tell anyone i know thats a coffee drinker they havent had good cup and fresh cup till they have one of these i just love love love it....

I am the only one in my family that drinks coffee so this is the perfect item for me. I can have one or two cups without having to make a whole pot and be wasteful. I also found hot chocolate pods that my kids love! It is a great product. I would highly recommend it.

It's the best! My husband sister-in-law got us one as a gift and we're loving it!

My husband and I have cut our coffee intake down to less than even half of what it used to be and Keurig has made it possible for us to drink the amount we want without all the waste!! I love it and I can have the specialties coffees and my husband can still have his old boring kind :-) This is the best idea yet!

Love this! So convenient!

I recently received this as a wedding gift. I am a HUGE coffee drinker and LOVE LOVE LOVE this machine. I like my coffee strong and my husband likes it mild; with this coffee maker we both get the drink we like.

I just got one of these a few days ago! I already love it. It wasn't hard to figure out how to use and we made regular and iced coffee that night to test it out. My 17 year old and I are the only ones who drink coffee and making a huge pot every morning was a waste and took too much time. Mine came with the my kcup so after all of the kcups that came with it run out I will probaly just use regular coffee.

Didn't think I would like the Keurig, not sure why, but now that we have one I LOVE it. We used monies we received over the holidays since it is a little on the expensive side and I am sure glad we did. Love that it heats quickly and you are out with a fresh cup quickly! Love that everyone can pick what they want to drink and not be stuck with one hot drink in the morning.
