I'm sure this product works very well for women with significant bladder leakage. My bladder leakage is minimal; so when I wore these; I felt constantly reminded I was wearing a massive pad I just didn't need. There was comfort however, knowing that no leak was getting through that shield. I will recommend to anyone with moderate to heavy bladder leakage though. At first I was leary of how long they were was afraid they would be uncomfortable and noticeable through clothes...I was wrong they were very comfortable cant even tell that you have it on not at all noticeable through clothes and most importantly very absorbent.
