I really like these vitamins. Taste is really nice. Strawberry flavor. I take two everyday. I'm starting to notice a difference.

These gummies are so delicious that it is hard to just eat 2 a day! I have been taking them for almost a month now, and I am starting to see some difference in my nails. I was starting to get creases (dents) in my nails (not sure why). After about a month of taking these, I don't notice the dents in my nails as much.

Great product! I love how tasty these are and my skin and hair is looking so much heathier!

Taste good! Great taste, just like gummy candy but good for you. I honestly haven't seem a major difference in everything that it is suppose to do, but I have seen some improvement in my nails.

Helped my hair grow out quicker I had a flat iron malfunction last December. My long " side bangs" were singed, so they had to be cut VERY short. I researched to see what would help my hair grow and this is what I bought. I take 2 gummies in the morning. (They taste great) My bangs are slowly getting to the point where I can tuck them behind my ears. (I'm not very patient). I recommend this product for hair and nail growth!

The Hair Skin Nails gummy is really easy to take if you are not one for swallowing pills. These vitamins really do help promote hair growth, helps your skin and your nails grow faster. I love thos vitamin.

I have been using this product (Strawberry flavored gummies) for about a month now, and I have been feeling better, like I have more energy, I don't know if this is because of these gummies or not but this is the only thing I am doing different in my life right now so this is why I would think it's because of these gummies. I haven't really seen anything different with my hair, skin, and nails, but maybe I need to take them longer? or it might be that they look more healthy but I just don't see it, I didn't take a picture of my hair, skin or nails before I started taking these gummies, I guess I should have to see if I seen a difference. But either way I have been feeling good with more energy and if this is because of the gummies then just that to me makes it worth the money I spent on these!

Didn't see much change with my hair, only because I don't really wear my hair out. My skin and nails improved once I started this product. My nails grew like weeds and I have little to no breakouts while taking this, along with my skincare regimen. I took it daily for over 3 months. I not only recommend it, I gave some to my sister and she now uses it.

No difference at all I have tried a lot of hair vitamin products and I didn't feel like a saw any difference with these. They taste good, but I don't like that they have sugar in them either. Just ok.
