Used this as a kid with my Mom and now use it for my kids. Helps you to breath at night...I rub it in on the chest and they sleep so much better!

I only use this when my nose is congested. I rub it under my nose and actually on my nose. It works wonders. The only thing I hate is that you have to keep kleenex near because it causes all the mucus to drain meaning it leaks out of your nose. It literally leaks like rain drops lol.

Remember it as a child as the go to whenever you had a bad cough and have continued to use it with my child. It is amazing stuff.
