This tea is fabulous! It's great because I have been sick this week! I got three varieties in my Cerra program kit: Grounded, Creative Energy and Gratitude. I really like how the tea bags remind you to be more mindful in the moment and connect with the feelings you desire. Drinking tea is a great way to have quiet time and ME TIME!
