I always worry about contamination with vegetables and make sure they are washed properly. The Spinner lets me wash the vegetables as long as I want, and it easily removes all the moisture from them. It is extremely easy to use. I simply put the lettuce or other vegetables inside while they are wet, spin the top, and all the water ends up in the bottom. I can lift the basket of dry vegetables out and use it. I love the product.
