I love this stick blender. I use it every day to mix up my smoothies. It handles frozen fruit with ease. Cleaning is so easy because the housing comes apart. It's much easier than lugging out my blender. Now I just need another one so I can leave one at work. This is a great product and gets the job done.

This blender has changed my life! No more getting out a big machine to make smoothies or shakes! I also use it to blend soup right in the pot. It does a good job of making shaved ice, too.

I love this hand blender,I use it to blend soup right in the pot and its great for beldning smoothies as well.I had a cheaper brand before this one and it wasn't as durable,I have given this as a housewarming gift twice so far.

Great for making smoothies, Works great for soups and purees. Make your homemade vinaigrette a true emulsion. I guess you could also make your own mayo, but I never had the desire.

This is my first stick blender and now I don't know how I ever survived with it. Easy to use, does a great job and it's easy to clean. I really love it!

I bought this atCostco with an instant rebate. For such a small item, the power is amazing. I've used it for soups and sauces. I really didn't think I would use the chopper, but I think it does a great job. What a simple way to chop an onion!

Very good product. I actually won mine from a contest from Bzzagent and was really excited that it came to me in the brushed chrome which matched the other small appliances in my kitchen. It looks very nice and works well. I used it to make the easiest applesauce and applebutter... just washed the apples, cut them off the core and then cooked (with a little water and some spices) in the crockpot until soft (no peeling, dicing, etc). Then I used the SmartStick to blend really well right in the crockpot. After taking some sauce out to cool, I continued cooking the rest until it thickened for applebutter. It came out so smooth (even with that healthy peel in there) and healthy. I also used it to make my diet shakes in my old house with some crushed ice from our fridge. It did really well. I don't do this anymore because I only have a cube maker now and not sure how it would do with those (and don't need to try now since I have a Vitamix now) but it did awesome turning the crushed ice into a smooth shake. I love using this for in the pan (or crockpot or bowl) blending. I also make a yummy soup. And it is super easy to clean as long as you do it right away (though I'm sure it's not hard if you don't). I just rinse the bottom in hot water and bam it's done in under a minute.

just bought this for my boyfriend for christmas, apparently he has been wanting one for years. we used our neighbors last year to make gravy for our roast...and it seemed to work really well. hope he loves his gift as much as im thinking he will.

I love my cuisinart smartstick hand blender. I use it all the time. I got mine at costco and it came with the small mixer. My mixer bowl cracked and I called cuisinart and they sent me a brand new bowl. They have wonderful customer service and their products are built to last. I use my hand blender to blend soup, make dressing, whipped cream, and lots of other things. I don't know what I would do without it.

This is easy to use and easy to cleam. It's easier to use then my traditional hand mixer or pulling out my big one. I love it when making custards that you have to mix constantly for them to turn out correctly or when making sauces!
