This is one of my favorite movies EVER and It's a must see for everyone. I ended up buying it so I can watch it again and have recommended it to numerous family members and friends who also spoke highly of it. It's based on a true story and the acting is phenomenal. You will laugh and cry, I promise it will be worth it!

I enjoyed this movie very much. As an African American woman, the topic was painful at times but nonetheless true in many instances. I feel it's important to meet the past head on. This promotes opportunities to talk, grow and maybe even understand.

Great movie, I loved the book and this was a pretty accurate representation of the story. The actors all were great and it kept my attention the whole time.
