I love emergen-c, I take it when I'm feeling a little under the weather. It also is great for after a hard cardo workout, the electrolytes really help.

I always get sick and an illness can result into a doctor visit due to my asthma problems (I use a nebulizer 2 to 3 times a day). I would never think a product like this would live up to it's claims, but it has changed how I get sick by not having to get antibiotics for 2 years from using Emergen C products. When I feel like my body is not feeling well, I just take an envelope and add water (I add more than what they say because it helps drink it easier). It's great on yard days and helps me fight back by giving me a boost. I do not take it everyday but more on a as needed basis.

I take it when I start to feel a cold coming on and it really does help lessen the symptoms and makes me feel better faster!

I thought it was going to be horrible but it really did taste good. Gave me a little boost to get through the day with my stuffy nose.

I love this product. I swear it was the reason I had no major colds this past winter. I have tried a few generics that cost a few dollars less but they really do not compare.

I LOVE the taste of this!!!! I can even get my kids to drink it!! Need a better variety of flavors for the kiddos though.

I an my kids love this stuff, at least in the orange and tangerine flavors and lemon-lime is okay. Don't care much for the raspberry. This product seems to help with colds and vitamin C is a natural decongestant, so it helps with any kind of stuffy nose. It's the first thing we take when feeling sick or feel a cold coming on.

We have been using this for a year. I think it works for helping to prevent getting colds. We love it.

I had a small bag to keep in my car and my office. It was easy to carry and mix with water when ever you needed it.
