I've found my Toms to fall apart quite easily. I've always been amazed that they have caught on and become popular. If i wanted to wear a simple canvas shoe, I'd stick to the classic keds that hold up better and offer more support.

I can find copy cats. But the real deal is better !! cute and very stylish.....and a style for just about anyone!!! that's hard to please!!

The Toms Shoes are cute and comfortable, but they DO NOT hold up. My niece got a pair for her birthday and the front came apart in less than 2 months!!

I am not that familiar with tom's but I like a little more sole with my flats.

the style, feel, and look are all fun and cute but they are definitely pricey! For a very small amount of shoe I could get some cute vans that have a lot more support and will last me longer plus they make your feet stink if you don't wear socks.

I went on to the Toms website and order 2 pair of shoes for my daughter for Xmas, not knowing I had to order a size smaller for them to fix well. I requested a return with a store credit so I could order the correct size. I drop off the return box 12/29/2012 it was picked up on 12/31/2012 Toms received the return on 1/8/2013 it has taken 8 days to return the box back to Toms, it is a totally of 14 days and I have not received a store credit yet. I spoke to Mrs. Dolores in customer service on 1/14/13 she stated once Toms receive your return you have to wait 5 to 10 days before you receive a credit, I have to wait a month before I can receive a credit this is the worst company I have every done business with. You can go onto Zappos website and do a return before you can send the return shoe back you will have your new shoe at your house so WHY IS TOMS MAKING CUSTOMERS WAIT 4 WEEKS BEFORE GIVING YOU A STORE CREDIT. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM TOMS AGAIN WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I like the style of Toms but not the fact that they ruin so easily.

These look comfy and maybe I would like to try them , but they are so expensive I cant bring myself to even try them....

I appreciate the mission behind Toms shoes however, it is hard to bring myself to overpay for them as they are not cute at all and lack the proper materials you would expect when paying for them.

I love the comfort and the different colors/patterns/types of cloth but I do not love the price. These shoes seem like they are barely put together and should not cost that much :( I have one pair I got for Christmas 2 years ago.

We bought Tom's for my 2 yr old son thinking it would be a great shoe to just slip on with no socks. They were constantly falling off. My son is super active maybe would be better for a child or adult that wasn't running around.

Horrible horrible customer service! I ordered a pair of shoes online and never received them. Tracking shoes it was delivered but it was not. When I contacted Tom's, they all but accused me of lying about the delivery. After 2 official investigations, Tom's offered me a credit. This took about 1 month. I ordered another pair of shoes, boots this time and received them. Loved them! But after wearing them once, the cardboard in the back of the shoe has bent down and is in annoying bulge in the shoe. It seems like the company is growing and customer service and quality is suffering greatly. I will never buy another pair of Tom's and encourage others not to as well.

Cute, but expensive. I will buys Target's instead.

I have no opinion one way or the other for this brand. I've owned one pair of their shoes and they were comfy and cute, but very low quality. I do like that they donate a pair to charity, but in reality, I'd rather donate a better quality product.

Super cute, super trendy but there is no arch support of any kind and like many others have said they are quite over priced, especially in Canada. Another downfall is your feet sweat in them terribly. I do like that they are easy to put on in a flash, but I would almost prefer flip flops for that!
