I like this especially in cookies because it gives the chocolate a different yet stronger taste .

I love white chocolate--its taste is stronger than the dark chocolate and it is easier to make the choice to buy this for myself, because I always prefer dark to light or milk chocolate and that makes it hard to shop for.

I love white chocolate, and I bake with it very often. I hate melting this chocolate, I don't think its good for that, I like melting it and putting it in the fridge and shaving it, but to dip things in its just not worth it to me..

Great for cookies,but too sweet and not buttery enough for other reasons. I would recomend them for baking, but not for chocolate sauce, ganache, pudding or glaze.

I wasn't too happy with these they had kind of a waxy after taste just by themselves but in cookies they were fine.
