Perfection in a bowl! This is low in calories which is good for the many women trying to stay fit. But another plus is that it actually tastes good. Unlike those other dry, low calorie cereals.

I really like this Special K with Red Berries. Other favorites are the Chocolate Delight and the Cinnamon crunch one. My nieces love this too! It's healthier than the normal "child friendly" cereals.

I really liked it, the strawberries actually taste fresh, it was naturally sweet.

this is actually one of the few low calorie yet good tasting cereal out there...it got crunch, tang and the perfect amount of sweetness... definitely worth the buy

the red berries make special k even more scruptious than when it is just plain some cold milk and you are in heaven

special k i have tried special k its really some great tasting cereal keeps you full and gives you fruit in your cereal for the most amazing bowl of cereal.

I love this cereal . I usually buy a couple of boxes when they go on sale. I love that I has berries in it and it's not too sweet. I like that it's some what healthy and still has a great flavor.
