Color stays put, they offer nice shades, but your lips have to be flawless, otherwise the color sticks in the dry parts. They should include a balm with the stain to offer softness.

this stuff really lasts. Put it on before you go out to dinner and the color stays on. Doesn't dry out your lips either. I love it.

I really loved this lip stain. Im usually not bold when it comes to using dark colors but for the holidays I bought this beautiful red that went with everything. It didn't cheapen my look it gave me a classy holiday elegant feel. I really loved the way it makes me feel.

I love the idea but the colors are too bright. It does not end up looking natural but I agree it does stay well

If I could give this product no stars I would. I read in a magazine, (can't remember which one) that said this was the "best affordable lipstick" really? Yes it is affordable, but the quality is horrible. This doesn't help the lip at all, it just soaks into your lips. The tube was pink, but the lip color looked like a bright red. I have a little bias, I guess, I've never found a cover girl product I love. This is the only lipstick/gloss I've thrown away after trying once. Not a fan.

This has to be one of the worst lip products I have tried. As soon as you start applying this the cracks in your lips instantly start to stand out, which is NEVER attractive and is every girls worst nightmare. I usually never hate a product I get and find uses for them. I have tried using the product many times and many ways just to be very sure that I wasn't applying it wrong or something. First thing I noticed each time I put this on was that it wouldn't go on evenly and looked streaky. I got a color that looked like it would be a pretty light pink color, but it ended up being a very dark mauve color and dark colors don't look good on my pale complexion. To try to tone down the color I added a light colored lip gloss over it which helped but still didn't look that good. You will need to apply a lip gloss or chap stick a lot through out wearing this or your lips will dry right out, but when you do apply them it makes the lip stain wear off. Plus the product itself drys out very fast even if you don't leave the cap off, it also drys out your lips, which is a no no in my book. This is just a bad product and I could not find any way to use this. Revlon Just Bitten has better shades and is better quality and around the same price so your better off getting that one.

I dont care for this. My lips are always very dry therefore when I apply this some parts of my lips are darker than the others. The lip balm on the other end is a nice touch but lipstains are just not for me.

Did not like the product at all. I love lipstick and use it all the time. My children call me lipstick mama. I am always trying different brands of lip color and thought since I where lipstick all the time and get tired of reapplying that I would try this. Really disliked! It made my lips feel dry and sticky and tried it for one day, and wanted to return it, but of course I couldn't. I never used it again, not even in a pinch.

While I enjoy the lip stain products more than lip sticks, as I prefer a more natural look and dislike the stickiness of liipstick, I was not as fond of this product. It is slightly drying and the color tends to wear off in some places but stick in any cracks you have in your lips (not good in the winter). Also, the bottle color does not match lip color, and tends to come out brighter. I prefer the Revlon Just Bitten with lip balm. The balm is a good solution to the dryness and the product is longlasting in great colors.

Made my lips feel very dry. When I tried to remove - horrible experience.

I didn't care for this product. I love a matte finish on my lips but this does not stay on long enough. It looks great when first applied, but doesn't las long at all.

I don't care for this lipstain. I like Just Bitten Lipstain by Revlon better.

I thought this product would be great for me- I can't stand wearing lipstick but like to have some color on my lips. When I first tried it, it worked well but after about a week the marker started to dry out and less product was applied to my lips. It also wasn't as long wearing as I would have liked. So, this is a great idea in concept but the execution leaves something to be desired.

I love this lip stain its color are subtle yet gorgeous I just wish it was more durable, its what you get for the price I bought it at target.
