Worth the price. Really combats my frizz!

I have straight hair but I use CHI to make perfect curls that last the whole evening. It could come together with protection gloves to protect against burning while curling as you must press the straightener on both ends.

Love it! Heats just as quick as in a second

I have had my Chi for 7 years and I use it 3-4 times a week! It still works great and I have never had any problems with it! It was a little pricey, but you definitely get every penny that you pay for!

love straighting my hair

Works great

Although I am now a homemaker, I graduated from cosmetology school. CHI is the only flat iron I will use. I have had the same one for 5 years now and I recently just purchased a new one. It wasn't because my old one stopped working, it was because I was ready for a new one personally. My sister is currently using my old one. The one thing with CHI is to make sure you get a good quality iron. Usually the patterned ones they sell at -for example JC Pennys salon- are made for them to sell. Your best bet is to stick with the original black. Some people may disagree with this, but you get what you pay for when it comes to CHI's.

I have had about 3 or 4 of these and they work great to flatten or curl/wave hair. The only complaint I have is that I only ever get about 1 to 1 1/2 years of use out of one because the wires break inside after so much use. They are not overly expensive though, so I think they are totally worth it.

Works great and being ceramic at least protects hair somewhat from the heat.

Omg! I absolutely love this I use on my hair all the time!! It gets very hot which is a bad thing and there are no controls to fix with the temperature. But other than that it's lightweight and it's easy to carry and I love it

This has been the only flat iron that has worked on my hair. It's worth every penny. Even when my hair dresser uses her flat iron to straighten my hair, it kinks within hours. This keeps my hair straight all day.

Pretty good but I don't see much different on my hair between this and a cheaper product.

I have 2 chi flat irons and I just love them. I love all the different colors and styles they have. I only wish that it had an automatic shut off because I always forget to shut it off.

Perfect for straightening or curling! I love this I used my cousins and I've wanted my own ever since! The only flaw is the pricing

The plates tear your hair up. It adds damage to hair. It doesnt protect your hair. I recommend paul mitchel flat iron. The silver one. Its about 200 but kine has lasted me 4 years now.
