Pleasantly surprised. Not big and bulky and very absorbent. Light fragrance and fairly thin. Would recommend for daily freshness and days when you need just a little extra comfort.

These pads are just like Always' liners, which I use consistently. These liners are comfortable, discreet, and unnoticable when you're wearing them. For me, the only drawback was the scent. I felt it was very strong, and that made me uncomfortable. I'd definitely prefer an unscented version.

Since hitting that big 5-0 mark last year on top of a hysterectomy 2 years ago, my bladder just doesn't seem to have the control it used to. Enter Always Discreet. I've found that I am relying on these more than I thought I would. It may be winter but it's definitely cedar season in Texas so sneezing is always on the agenda. If I'm wearing the Always Discreet I can sneeze in comfort knowing that if there is a little leakage it will be caught without incident and I can keep on my task without embarrassing leaks or smells on my clothing. I've also had a bit of a hemorrhoid problem (getting old is fun, right?!) and occasionally they will bleed so I've found that when I've worn my liner for bladder leaks they also provide some nice protection against those other leaks too! It's nice to know that you can't even see the liners through my yoga pants. I've also noticed that it's especially nice to slip a liner on just before a long road trip because sometimes those rest stops are further apart than you'd hoped and if you sneeze or cough before that stop...well then aren't you glad you put that liner on before you left the house!!

I was pleased that they had a thickness in the middle of the thin liner that has enough length to run the center of the panty without bunching up . It sticks well to the undergarment and doesn't slide around. It is sufficiently absorbent for a minor leakage accident or the occasional wetness with all day movement and exercise. I found this to be a much better than average liner.
