I like that Bare Escentuals has great coverage and is long lasting but I have tried two different kits and I just cant seem to get it too capture my true skin tone. It was a bit pricey not to find a true match for my skin.

I've used these products and likes them but they are messy.

My daughter uses this....I bought her the kit and she loves it. My only complaint is powder everywhere! I use a mineral makeup that is pressed....and they don't make it or I would probably switch!

I LOVE B.E but I would like to see them make a MATTE "get started" kit. I did not like the Original minerals Get started kit at all.. I had to exchange for new shades 3 TIMES AND I had a "Color Match" done each time!!! They need some brown chicks in there to do "color matching" bcuz as a native amer chick one girl matched me too light and the other WAY too dark. The 3rd time I picked the color myself WITHOUT putting it on my skin and nailed it on the head. ANYWAY-- I didnt like the original b.e... it made me too dewy and my skin is already oily and did not cover like it claimed to. I would give it 5 stars if they had a small sample size bisque in the package and made one in matte. otherwise.. b.e. makes osme good stuff :)

I try because of the commercial on tv. The product arrived and I can't wait to try it. I did like it for a few days but I got a major breakout. I clean and dry the brushes but I still have breakout. I decide to stop using this and see if it was the cause of my breakout. It takes me a good two week to get my skin under control. I decide to go back and use it. A few days later I was breaking out again. I stop using after that. It might work for other people skin but not for me. It a messy and the powder do goes everywhere. The coverage is great and the color match is good.

I loved Bare Escentuals bareMinerals Get Started Kit. I loved the way it felt on my skin. It was not heavy and the colors matched great. The only thing I did not like was the price. I could not justify spending the extra money on Bare Escentuals over Physicians Formula.

This didn't sit well with my skin I heard it was the bismuth oxychloride but my skin is uber sensitive and it just made me all itchy and I didn't like it. That said, the mineral veil alone is worth the investment. Also their soft focus powders are just beautiful. Also I hear they have reformulated so maybe I might give it another shot. However what didn't work for me, may work for you so its still worth a try.

Loved how it looked and made my face feel but made me break out.

This is one of the better mineral make up lines. A little goes a long way so if you happen to be in your fourties, be careful not to apply too much or it will only serve to enhance fine lines and wrinkles.

I love this product. I started using it at the suggestion of a friend and have never regretted the change. I've actually convinced others to switch as well. It is so easy to use and doesn't sweat or slide off like other products.

I purchased the starter kit almost 2 years ago and it was a great way to see what products I liked and which I wanted in the full size options. I love the all over face color/bronzer and I love the mineral veil. I still use those even when I'm using my liquid foundation. I haven't been using their powder foundation/neutral colors much lately but I might try again, I just like mixing it up sometimes. I'd definitely reccommend so you can test everything out for yourself :)

Love bare minerals! I use the foundation and mineral veil. It covers my problem areas and evens my skin tone. the mineral veil gives a professional finish. I get many compliments on my skin. Even when I sweat my face doesn't get oily. The only thing I don't like is that it is messy. I use lysol wipes to clean off my bathroom counters after use. I think they are working on fixing that problem. I noticed they have changed the containers.

Oh man I missed out I really want to try this stuff out but can't afford to buy it.

i've been using these products for four years now, and i still love them! there are some small problems that go along with this kit though. I have extremely sensitive skin, and the primer gave me the worst breakout i've seen on my face in a year or two. I didn't realize that it was the primer until i was badly broken out, and it has finally subsided 2-3 weeks later. The bronzer is nice, but can go on blotchy, and its pretty dark for my fair skin, so i have to apply carefully. Otherwise, this has a great feeling to it, the powders did not break me out, i think i can depend on this product for years to come
