This is my number one favorite after Excedrin. I get horrible, horrible migraines all the time and I need pain medication quickly if I want to avoid it turning into a super-migraine. I can't imagine what I would do without this stuff, it even works to take away cramp-pains each month!

Great pain reliever. I trust and use Aleve when I get headaches, menstrual cramps, back pain, etc.

Headaches are a common problem for me as well as back pain and menstrual pain and other pain relievers just don't cut it sometimes so I switched to Aleve and it was the best thing I could have done. I can take one in the morning and it usually lasts until that evening. No more pain or discomfort. Only have to take a second if the pain is really bad. Would recommend this to anyone and no horrible side affects are a big plus for me too.

I get pounding headaches quite a bit, and I have tried everything from regular Bayer, to Tylenol Extra Strength, including Migrazone from my Dr. and nothing worked. They were so bad I had to lay in the dark and my husband would rub my neck and head. About a year ago my husband brought a bottle of Aleve home from CVS and I tried it. I was completely shocked when my headache went away! I have been using it ever since. I worked in nursing for years and have bad knees, and the Aleve works on that pain as well. My whole family has switched to Aleve for aches and pains. If I were going to an island and could take only one item, it would be my bottle of Aleve.

Kind of expensive but works good. Sometimes takes a long time to kick in. But like I said, it works great. I grab some of these when I have a headache or back pain.

I always use Aleve it is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Always cures my headache.

My Dr told me to take this for a torn ligament & torn tendon - honestly, it doesn't help for that ... gave 3 stars because it does help with little aches & pains (headaches), but not when you have torn "things" in your knee
