I've started using this on my hair, face and body. Like any oil it's moisturizing and will give you a healthy glow. Plus the smell makes it even better. If you're African American with very dry natural hair coconut oil should mend those issues.

I love this coconut oil! It has multiple uses! I use it all over my body as a moisturizer. I put a dab in my thick hair to smooth the frizzies. I also cook with this product too!

I use this for cooking, add a little in my morning coffee which sounds weird, but it adds a little something that tastes wonderful!! Love to add about a tablespoon to a smoothie along with pineapple, peaches and greens. This is a great cuticle and feet moisturizer!

This product is a miracle worker. It has literally thousands of uses. I oil pull for a healthy mouth, use it as a face wash/moisturizer, put in my hair as a deep conditioner, use it as a shave gel, and bake chocolate chip cookies with it, among other things. Coconut has so many good properties and can replace many products in your home!

Coconut oil is amazing! If you don't know the multiple uses for coconut oil...you are missing out! A few of the uses are: great instead of Neosporin for stopping infections! Great for tattooes! Used in coffee or smoothies for indigestion! Google it if you don't know! I use it a lot for everything! Great for cooking too! Not recommended to use the virgin for cooking unless you really like the taste of cococnut...otherwise use not virgin oil! Amazing stuff!

I don't use it as often as I should, but this is definately part of my beauty routine @ least 3-4 days a week. My favorite usage is for face and legs.
