I love greek yogurt and I have at least one every day. I was very excited when I saw that there was a 100 calorie option since greek yogurt is traditionally is a bit heavier. I purchased several flavors when they were on sale. While they were all decent tasting, I was a bit disappointed to find that it left my mouth very dry afterwards.

I am very picky when it comes to my Greek Yogurt. I have tried many including Fage, Oikos, Chobani and even some 'off name' brands...you name it, I've probably tasted it. The Yoplait Greek 100 calorie (Strawberry flavor) is by far my favorite! The texture is a bit lighter than some of the other Greek yogurt brands. The taste is much better also as I don't feel like I'm eating a tub of flavored Sour Cream!!! Great for breakfast or even as a snack!

I love Greek yogurt, but have been wanting something with fewer calories, since most Greek yogurts contain at least 125-130 per serving. This 100 calorie Greek yogurt fits the bill perfectly. Each flavor I have tried is quite good, and even with fewer calories it still has a nice, thick texture, like Greek yogurt should. It's a great snack!

Yoplait Greek yogurt with 100 calorie and I had the mix berry. I didn't like it at all, it looks really good and it's very creamy but the taste not good.
