I really wanted to love this product. I have used Pantene in the past and I have a love hate relationship with it. My hair is naturally wavy-curly. I have products that can make it super greasy or super dry and have a hard time finding the happy medium. I wash my hair every 2-3 days b/c of the texture. I have used this product the last 5 times I have washed my hair. The smell is great, I really love it. The shampoo lathers well and rinses out fine. I have noticed my hair feels a bit softer, but it looks dried out and frizzy. Out of curiousness I washed my hair last night with my normal Biolage and my hair is back to it's normal self. This product and my hair type is not a match :(

Oddly, this is supposed to be moisturizing. My scalp is much drier after using both the shampoo and conditioner this past week. My color treated hair has lost most of it's color which I applied 2 weeks ago. I really wanted to love this product.

I really love that Pantene is taking an environmentally sound approach and using eco-friendly containers. That said, I'm not as excited about the shampoo. I have coarse, curly hair and am not sure that it's meant for African American hair since it doesn't really yield the softness or manageability I was hoping for.

I love that the company is trying to go green, but go green with your products as well! Pantene never did anything great for my hair. I feel that the name of the shampoo and conditioner are quite misleading as "nature fusion" you would think that this would be in the product and not the bottle.

I like the idea, but this product left me wanting. I didn't really like the scent and it left my hair greasy and hard to style.

This conditioner was just ok. Nothing special. I have african-american hair and I don't feel like it gave me the moisture that my hair needs.

I am a big fan of Pantene. I normally use the Frizzy to Smooth conditioner because I do have thick hair and I color my at home. I was given the opportunity to try Nature Fusion free. The smell was AMAZING!! The product seemed thick and I thought well, it's going to coat my hair to leave it soft and moisturized. While it smelled great and was thick, it didn't do anything for my hair. My hair felt as though I had just used water. It wasn't soft, but it wasn't like straw either. It felt as though I needed a leave in conditioner, which I don't use. I even let it set in my hair for about 5 min while I shaved. I love the fact that they bottle is plant-based, the product on the inside didn't give my hair the moisture it needed.

I did not like the sent of this conditioner at all!!! It also didn't do much to moisturize my hair since i still had some static (which only really happens when i use pantene products any way). But I did really love the scent of the shampoo

Like the shampoo, it smells divine! The shampoo left my hair feeling stripped, but the conditioner cured that without leaving it feeling weighed down (and I do have fine, greasy, straight hair). But, my hair has a lifeless, dull look to it (and my hair is healthy). I found that I had to be really really careful squeezing the bottle (this was true of the shampoo, too), to only get a little out. It simply comes out TOO fast otherwise and I did waste a bunch that way. A pump bottle would cure that. On the "future friendliness" and "naturalness" of the product, I was not really impressed for several reasons that I spoke of in-depth in my review of the shampoo. Basically, it has a lot of chemicals in it for a "natural" product, ahem. And I question the sustainability of the packaging and lament the constant need for a new package every time I buy shampoo. I'd love it if a manufacturer would come up with something reusable with biodegradable refill packaging.

I decided to try this Pantene because it was all natural and eco friendly, I like Pantene shampoo and conditioner but was not very happy with this one. The shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling heavy and it felt like I didn't rinse very well and I did. I would not buy this again.

It smelled great and worked well on my hair but I don't like all the chemicals in it. I have pretty intense red hair and maintenance for it is so hard. So this probably wasn't the best product to use on color treated hair.

I wouldnot recommend this produce because it seems to make my hair feel clunkly. I will not be using it agian. I dont know maybe its just my hair.

I have thick, dry hair and have used higher cost salon products for some time now, so I was excited to possibly find a more economical alternative. However, I was disappointed with this product. It did not moisturize my hair, but rather weighed it down and made it feel greasy. My hair feels heavy on its own. I don't need additional weight left on by the product. I did not experience the "moisture BALANCE" Pantene refers to. I will stick with my current moisturizing brand for now.

I have had good results with other Pantene products but this one is not one of my favorites. It made my hair feel weighed down, felt like all the conditioner didnt rinse out and my hair looked and felt greasy

So disappointed! I love the shampoo, but the conditioner does not compliment the shampoo. I bought this to help strengthen my hair. My hair did not feel clean afterwards and not smooth at all. My hair was so difficult to comb after getting out of the shower. I feel like it did more damage to my hair.
