made a chocolate cookie using these instead of bakers chocolate and they taste like girl scouts mint thins! Mmmmm!

These kind of chocolates are amazing and are very easy to bake with but are very pricey to me to a snack...

In my mind there is no better combination than dark chocolate and mint so these are definitely a staple in my house, not only for baking, but also for snacking.
