We recently tried this product. It was quick to make, even on a week day when you are rushed. My kids and grand kids love it because they can help make it, with minimal mess of course. Light and fluffy pancakes.

I love this istant mix ! I have also tried others but this one is the best so far. instructions are simple to follow. I would recommend this to everyone.

I just found the HungryJack pancake mix in a pouch at my local supermarket. It only cost a $1.00 a pouch. To make the pancakes you only have to had a cup of water to the mix and your done. Once you have mixed it, the mix is ready to cook. It comes in 4 flavors, Chocolate Chip, Funfetti and 2 others that I just can't remember (thinking something with apple/banana). My girls really liked the chocolate chip and funfetti mixes. I like that they are inexpensive and come in different flavors. My girls can even make them theirselves. This is a product I would recommend to anyone. I feel it would be good even for single people on a budget or anyone on a budget for that matter. Most pancake mixes do the job. This one is a little more favorable than Betty Crocker mix and I like that it is more heavy.

I picked this up on a whim. They were so easy to make that my husband was able to do it all by himself with no help from me. That is a miracle! I will keep buying them so I don't have to get out of bed so early to make everyone else breakfast. Yum!!!

I've tried several instant pancake mixes and this is the only one that doesn't end up bring dry or very bland. It's simple to make and very affordable.

Oooh the packs are so quick and easy. I can use one pack for two days just store the rest in the fridge! The mix also allow me to experiment with different flavors without wasting too much. PB&J pancakes and waffles yum!!

If you are not in the mood or don't have the time to fix homemade pancakes, I would definitely recommend this Hungry Jack EasyPack mix! It is very simple, all you do is add the water, heat the pan and go! The package says it makes a lot of pancakes, but I do believe they have to be referring to the silver-dollar pancake size because I had to use 1 1/2 packs to make enough normal-sized pancakes for each of us to have 3. But for $1 per pack, it was an inexpensive way to feed 3 people a good sized breakfast! The pancakes come out "light" and fluffy and they taste really good! I have not tried any of the other flavors (which I believe are Chocolate Chip, Funfetti, Strawberry and another one), but I'd be willing to bet they are as good as the plain mix! I will definitely be buying this pancake mix again!
