Been using these to try to lose some weight for summer, so far I have lost a few pounds here and there but nothing to brag about. Does seem to work though however, although I'm not completely in love with the taste, but still pretty happy with it and going to keep using it.

I have used this product many years ago and am about to try it again. I wish they had more on their website.
