Very unique way to get rid of bad thoughts! As someone that is not usually a person that deals with emotions, I found the act very soothing. It was something that I could "see" and "touch". It is a great ritual.

I shared these with a good friend who is currently going through chemotherapy; she's using the dissolving image for her tumors -- brilliant!

It was interesting. The little 'papers' had a light scent. Was fun to watch them dissolve.

I really like the concept behind this and this is the first I've heard of such a thing so I couldn't wait to try it. I have to say I was a little sceptical of this particular ritual but oddly enough I felt it kind of weirdly relaxing.

I love the notes. It is a nice way to cope with stress, seeing my worries dissolve away. It is something that I can add to help clear my mind.

What a great idea! How great was that to be able to put my worries on a piece of paper and watch it dissolve and hopefully go away for good. A nice visualization to a problem. Hopefully I can resolve them as easily as the dissolving note! The fragrance was a little overpowering at first and lingered a bit... Will probably purchase these again for myself and as gifts.

I had an awful day today. My son came home from school to tell me about an incident with another student that the staff handled poorly. I felt the stress and anger percolating. The Cerra dissolving notes suddenly came to my mind. I pulled them out of my sample kit and jotted down my frustrations. I have to say I like this concept. The pen did not write very well on the dissolving notes. That's my only gripe. It's a Sharpie-type pen and it was not smooth against the dissolving papers, so I had a bit of difficulty writing. I did like watching these thoughts dissolve away and it really did seem to help clear my mind of the incident. The fragrance was lovely. I can see myself using these with regularity.

Its an interesting idea, but I found it to be a waste. Couldn't write on the notes with the pen and they ripped constantly.

these notes are very neat, I do like that you can write something then just dissolve it away it's kinda like your own little secret, but I don't know about relieving my stress

A cute idea for gifts but not really my thing

Smell was okay, it was a little odd to me. When I wrote on the paper with the marker, the paper would tear. I do however like the concept.

I like the smell, but just can't get into this...

this was the thing i was most excited about becouse when i was young girl i used to wright negative feeling on not paper and burn it with a lighter to try and let go, so i thought this would be the same kinda thing, so i wrote a worry on the note and the note ripped and then it took along time to dissalve, i mean i know its just a simbol but seeing the distorted letter of a privete thought wasn't that great, and i don't if we all got the same smell but gratuity really stinks. pretty disapinted,

Unusual?..unuseful

I like the concept but from a sensory standpoint I didn't really smell anything to relax me. I prefer prayer, or meditaion, or yoga etc. I do like the journel writing. As for the notes I think that the idea of symbolically letting go is nice. I taught my daughet when she was little to write her problem or worry down and crumble it up and throw it away. An eco friendly way is write it on edible rice paper and give to the birds. I just don't think I'd waste money on these dissolving notes..maybe the oils etc. I would though.
