I am a big food network fan and I love the variety in this cookbook. I really love the photos and interviews with each chef. It makes the book feel more personal. I have tried a number of recipes and they have all been delicious. The only thing I would keep in mind is that many of the recipes use ingredients that the average chef may not keep stocked in the kitchen (e.g., truffle oil, chinese five spice, etc.).
I love food network, I have tons of their recipes saved of my computer. I love this cookbook, such great variety and I can try something from each chef, I don't have to have a cookbook for everyone of them. Grreat idea, worth the purchase, you'll love the recipes. gret pictures and easy instructions to follow, well put together
I received this as a gift, and didn't open it for a while, but have since found some great recipes. There are a few recipes from each of the chefs, so it's a good way to try out a bunch of styles. I especially like Giada's Dirty Risotto recipe - we now make it at least monthly in our house.
