I love how simple and easy it is to use and how my hair feels after use. It so soft and managable and smells great. The conditioner that comes with the color is in a large tube to use multiple times. I wish they have more color choices though maybe for darker hair.

I really like the foam hair color formuluas, and this one is the best that I've tried. The color turned out great, and the process makes the at-home process foolproof and messproof. I've admitted ruined some carpet once by making a mess with at-home color, so the cleanliness and ease of the foam is great!!

I love this product! I have been coloring my har for more that 20 years. I had never found one so easy to use. It was amazing. I cannot believe the quality of the color. I only tried it because of the name attached to it. the John Frieda line has never disappointed me before and still hasn't. You truly do get the value for your dollar with this product.

I recently tried this product and was blown away by it! It works really well. I didn't think it would cover all my hair (have very thick hair) but it covered everything.

Loved how even the coverage was, how soft it leaves my hair and how easy it is to use. I love the red shade so the limited shades are not a problem for me. I've only ever colored my hair at home and this was the fist time I got TONS of compliments on how amazing the color is for me:)

Love this. Easy to use, great gray coverage, and leaves my hair shiny for weeks. And soft. I don't have to use conditioner as often. I just colored my hair last week, still looks great, and it hasn't started to wash out like other brands. Well worth the money.

As far as "off the shelf" box colors go this one was above average. Great overall color and still had some nice highlights. Glossy color and didnt fry my hair. 4 stars instead of 5 because with above sholder length hair I almost didnt have enough. I would use this product again.

You have got to try it! I have some pretty stubborn grays and finally an at home hair color covered them! It was very easy to use but the instructions state to use it all. That was the only problem. It was so much, the foam was falling off my head! Loved this coverage!

I dye my hair; A LOT. Going from blonde to purple to blue to black, any color you think of I've probably most likely had. But when it came to more natural colors I always used John Frieda. I was a little skeptical with this product because I felt the foam may not get a good coverage but it did do a pretty good job. Although I saturated my head numerous times I did have a few spots not colored but it wasn't a bad product. Easy to use as well.

I get bored of hair color quickly so I dye my hair often... With that being said this was extremely easy to use, however, I found the color selection to be slightly lacking in the red department... I would definitely buy it again the next time I decide to go brunette.

I was very impressed with this product! I am a natural blonde, but I color my hair to give it dimension. I used the 10B Extra Light Beige Blonde and I love it! The foam is so easy to use and it has plenty of product to cover evenly. The color is great and my hair feels amazing!

This is by far my favorite hair coloring product. I've used other "permanent" colors that quickly fade and leave my hair a weird shade of red. However, I used the medium brown color about 5 weeks ago and my hair still looks fantastic (if I do say so myself!). I also love the conditioning creme that comes with the kit. It's a struggle for me to not use it all up in the first week. The foam makes application super easy, even if you're doing it on your own. Usually a girl friend of mine will come over and we'll help each other color our hair, but I can do this one all on my own. I would highly recommend trying out this color system the next time you want an at home hair color kit!

This worked impressively well. The color is good and it smells so much better than a lot of the other dyes. It also didn't leave my hair frizzed out for days like other brands have done. I have very stubborn greys and it did a fair-good job of covering them. The foam was an interesting experience. :) Simple to use, but as some others have said...it gets to be a lot to deal with. I think some other brands that have comb dispensers are easier to apply over all.

I have used this in the past and it's the most easy way to color my hair. There is no dripping and there is plenty of product to cover every strand. My only problem is there aren't enough choices for the red hair that I want. I do love the conditioning it gives, too. A great product!

There are pros and cons to this hair dye. Some of the pros are the smell, it doesn't smell bad after the dye is rinsed out, in fact I love the smell. It is also pretty easy to follow the directions and the foam is very helpful. I just dyed my hair for a second time using 5N and I love the color so much! Con: The first time I used the product I had grey showing after 2 weeks which is a little disappointing . I am going to try this product one more time and see if it can stay longer if I am more careful with the shampoo I use. Clearly it is a decent product if I am using it again.
