I have a very neutral opinion for Mary Kay's mineral eye color. I tried this out at a Mary Kay makeup party. Honestly, I don't care for it even though the Mary Kay rep swears by this eyeshadow. Pros: It does give a really natural look. The eyeshadow is very silky and colors blend easily. Cons: The color creased after six hours. Generally, my eyelids are very oily. Primer is strongly recommended. Bottom line: If you are an office worker that has a "conservative makeup" policy this is the eyeshadow for you. Not the product for you if you are going for pizazz, especially if you are going to a night club.

Mary Kay's eyeshadow comes in a great variety of colors. However, it becomes crumbly and cake-y in the case, over time, and disintegrates rather quickly. Definitely skip this brand of eyeshadow, and choose something less expensive and more durable.
