I am not a fan of this store. True the clothes are trendy and low cost but the quality is mostly poor. In 2 of 3 different cities I have visited the store with nieces, the merchandise was all over the place and the staff rude. After my last shopping spree with the girls, I told them I wouldn't go back or spend money there. The worst part we can't tell the dresses from the blouses. For a few extra dollars, you can purchase better quality that will last more than 2 washings. On a side note, if you over 35, you shouldn't be buying your clothes from there.

I like Forever 21 because they have popular styles for cheap but they are always way overcrowded with incredibly rude customer service. I also question their production because they have a huge inventory that is constantly changing at pretty low prices.

Their prices are good but a lot of the clothes in really cheap fabric so I wouldn't recommend their clothes but maybe some of their other items..

I used to be a pretty frequent Forever 21 shopper but as I have gotten older I have found that their clothes just don't cut it anymore. Their sizes are never consistent and their clothing lasts for about 14 seconds before you have to throw them away. Their shoes are uncomfortable and their jewelry always falls apart. My biggest gripe is the over trendiness of their items. I feel like i'm shopping in a Lady GaGa video. If thats your thing then by all means shop away!

Most of their clothing and jewelry is cheap. They look nice but everything there seems so try so hard at being "hip" or "cool". I enjoy their jeans but some of them stretch so much that they're unwearable. It's a nice store if you're a try hard hipster or just looking for a funny shirt but I would rather have more quality clothes.

I don't get it. The store in Beavercreek Ohio always has piles of clothes on the floor under the racks. Is this something that is part of their marketing? I don't get it. The store is crawling with sales reps but there are piles of clothing dumped around every rack. I wouldn't buy at that store because I am sure the clothes were in the floor. I have been in the store three times with the same thing. Turned me off.

I like the store, employees are helpful, store is well stocked and lots of selection! However, The clothes run SMALL and could damper your shopping mood.

I like Forever 21 in theory, but it's a little too "young" for me. The stores are crowded, loud, disorganized, and lack an overall pleasant shopping atmosphere. The clothes are cute, but look like they last no longer than a few months of wearing. I do, however, like the accessories.

I love this store and wish I had one! The clothes are not the best quality, and you get what you pay for. So for the price, it's great to just get a weekend shirt for a special outift, or accessories for anytime!

I love the store itself, but- I do have issues with how disorganized everything is. I have to usually just "window shop" and if i spot something walking by id go get it. Im more of a bebe store kind of girl

I just bought a dress at forever 21 today for a bachellorette party that im throwing. Its the perfect store to run into on a low budget and still be able to find something fashionable and fun to wear out with the girls!

The clothes are great for a younger crowd but anyone past 25 should be shopping elsewhere. The quality is poor and the style is designed for a younger crowd. It is pretty much wear and throw away clothes. Nothing from Forever 21 lasts past a couple rounds in the washer. Accessories are another story. Fashionable earrings and necklaces are very affordable. They have great shoes also but you get what you pay for in quality.

They have cute stuff for little cost...

Cute/Current clothing - reasonible prices - however the quality isn't always there, and the stores are usually run by young teenage girls - the music is loud, the racks are overcrowded making it hard to find items and sizes, it's not well organized and it is often hot. Great accessories! I said I would recommend it to a friend - depending on what they were looking for and at what pricepoint. It would be a recommendation w/ warning.

LOVE THE SUNGLASSES! I GET ASKED WHERE I GOT MY RHINESTONE SHADES ALL THE TIME...
