It was a good movie, but a little disappointed about all the hype. I do have to say Helena Bonham Carter did an incredible job as the Queen of Hearts. Too much hype was given to Johnny Depp and she didn't get enough.

I really enjoyed this movie.

Great movie inda strange and I don't really remember the book having a dragon

When Johnny Depp and Tim Burton create a movie it is a true experience like no other. They both just work so brillantly together to make a movie great. This was another homerun.

Great adaptation of one of my favorite authors! I will put this movie on anytime I see it listed - drives my husband crazy but I LOVE IT!

Really liked that this was not a remake, but kind of a continuation.

I really liked that this was not a classic retelling of the tale everyone knows, but a semi sequel. The movie is gorgeous and very whimiscal (like all Burton movies) but has enough darkness to keep it interesting. The cast is superb and the costumes are a delight. I do wish the ending had be a little different (I won't say how as I don't want to spoil anyone) but they missed a chance to tie up one loose string (there was one more real life counterpart that we didn't see that would have been a nice tweak). I recommend it.

Again, Johnny Depp gives a great performance! this was an awesome rendition of the classic tale, with modern twists & great special effects. rent it if you have not seen it yet!

This movie is 100% Tim Burton. Edgier than the original versions of Alice in Wonderland, but overall a good movie. Not something I'd watch more than once or twice in my life. Not a classic.

I was expecting it to be darker and with more overt drug references since it IS a Tim Burton film, but since it's also a Disney film....It is a good movie, as long as you don't expect Burton's usual work.

My husband and I enjoyed it but was glad we left the kids at home I think it would have scared my kiddos

We brought this one to my mother's house and had a large family night. Everyone agreed they liked this movie which in my large family gatherings doesn't happen often.

Not sure that this version brings the re-imaging of the story that I was expecting, but, that said, I still enjoyed it. It was very Tim Burton. If you go for that, you'll like it.

I was so happy with this movie. It is NOTHING like the original. They managed to keep all of the best characters, but did a total face lift on the story line and made it even better in my opinion. The graphics were amazing, the action was awesome, everyone in my family loves it!

The imagery and color of the movie is magnificent almost up to par as Avatar. The 3-D experience made it even more enjoyable. Johnny Depp and Helena Carter's portrayal of Mad Hatter and Red Queen made this experience a fun time at the theatre. Disney and Tim Burton did a great job in letting us experience their vision of the movie.
